The Catholic University of Applied Sciences offers the “Bachelor of Arts in Applied Theology (Religious Education)”, which is provided at the Paderborn Campus. The main purpose of this undergraduate course is to introduce the participants to the basics of practical theology. Furthermore, the students will deepen their understanding, knowledge and skills in the fields of church education, congregation services, charity work, spiritual growth, Christianity, religion, nature and history of the religion, gospels, etc. The students will also get a chance to attend both lectures and practical seminars. The future graduates will be highly qualified to work in connection with practical theology, church, charities, congregation services and organisations, humanist organisations and many others. The admission for this program is restricted.
