“Management in Healthcare and Nursing’’ is a Master of Arts degree program provided by the Catholic University of Applied Sciences Mainz. This course of study is meant to build up on the competences already acquired throughout a Bachelor’s program. Furthermore, participants will deepen their understanding of business management, project organization and project management, healthcare policy and economics, as well as financing and management of healthcare companies. The degree content focuses also on the psychological aspect in management such as communication sciences or development psychology.
