The “Bachelor of Arts in Jewish Studies 50%” is a 6-semester program with a language acquisition of Hebrew. The focal point of the course is to teach students all there is to know about Jewish life, Culture and History. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on the History of Jewish people, Literature and Linguistics, Philosophy, Political Science, Religious Studies, European Art History, and more. Students will acquire sound knowledge and practical relevance. They’ll gain key competencies and soft skills such as teamwork, communication and organisation, leadership, all of which are needed for a successful career. The BA prepares participants for work in museums, memorials, academic institutions, print, and media, as well as for a consecutive Master’s degree.
