Coburg University of Applied Sciences and Arts offers the seven-semester full-time program “Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering – Energy Efficient Building Design”. This course is focused on providing participants with solid knowledge of the basics of technology. They study how to design and renovate buildings in environmentally friendly way, as well as how to use solar energy and technical equipment. By entering in this program, participants will attend variety of theoretical lectures like Mathematics & Mechanics, Building Physics, Basics of Sustainable Building, Building construction. In addition, they can also take part in practical trainings and an internship program, where will expand their professional knowledge and experience. After completing the course, graduates have wide range of career prospects, for example as an engineer in a consulting capacity, planning and engineering offices, and others.
