Description

The three-semester degree program “Master of Science in Health Promotion” is offered by the Coburg University of Applied Sciences and Arts. It is practice-oriented, aimed to teach students how to create, implement and evaluate health promotion projects. By entering in this course, participants are able to apply the methodological knowledge they have gained in lectures such as Historical & Socio-political Development of Health Promotion, Transfer Competencies, Current Discourses on Contemporary Health Systems, in practice. They can also take part in an internship program, for gaining additional professional experience. Graduates are prepared for career in municipal health promotion institutions, social services and much more.
