Virtual reality is an industry that is currently growing and gaining momentum. Qualified candidates in the sector are in demand and that is why a “Bachelor of Arts in “Expanded Realities” at the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences is an excellent opportunity to develop as a skilled professional. In the first two semesters, the essential technical, creative and scientific basics are taught. From the third semester onwards, practical workshops occupy a central area. A university entrance qualification is required for the Expanded Realities bachelor's degree. In addition, applicants should have a good command of English, as the program is taught entirely in English. Career prospects for graduates include work in augmented reality, conception and development of technologies and applications, interaction and experience design, 3D worldbuilding and others.
