The focus of the „Bachelor of Laws in Information Law“ program at the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences is on questions from the areas of IT and media law, intellectual property law and the law of electronic administration. During the course of 6 semesters, students are taught subjects like IT Law, Data Protection Law, Social and Cultural Studies, International Law and many others. The goal of the program is to prepare students for the workplace with know-how and applicable skills. Admissions are not restricted, but a minimal level of B1 English is required. Potential professional areas include software distribution, copyright, data protection law, social media, e-commerce, brand management and many others.
