Description

DEVELOP THE NERVOUS SYSTEM OF DIGITALISATION

More and more devices and systems in your environment, for example game consoles, washing machines, cars, vending machines, but also logistics robots, drones, X-ray machines and agricultural machines are controlled by embedded computer systems. These computer systems are called embedded systems because they are built into a device and are not immediately recognisable as computers. To be able to work successfully in this field, you need skills in technical computer science and electrical engineering. The Applied Computer Science / Infotronics degree programme teaches you the necessary skills to design embedded systems. The name Infotronics is an artifical word made up of computer science and electrical engineering. It is intended to illustrate the symbiosis of the two disciplines.
