The seven-semester dual study program “Bachelor of Arts in Nutritional Counseling” is offered at the German University of Prevention and Health Management. This course is practice-oriented, and combines both economic and health science. It provides solid knowledge of the management in health sector, and will teach students how nutritional counseling was developed, its implementation and evaluation. They will attend theoretical lessons including Medical Basics, Training Science, Health Science, and Nutritional psychology, as well as practical tasks, where they will learn more about the nutritional counseling, and how to create effective exercise programs for different types of people. After successfully completing the program, graduates have wide range of career opportunities as a specialist in prevention-oriented nutritional counseling, for example in fitness and health companies, care facilities, sports associations, health insurance companies, and many more.
