The English-language study program “Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology” is offered by École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne to individuals who have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university and excellent study results. Students acquire an understanding of the crucial role chemical engineers and laboratory reactions would play in the industry of the future in which production would be innovative, safer, environmentally friendly, and energy efficient. They obtain a better overview of different optimization issues such as the necessity to minimize the environmental impact, energy consumption and cost, and to maximize the quality and process safety.
