The blended “MBA in Business Innovation” program at ESMT Berlin is a 2-year degree program and is an excellent way to keep working full-time while developing the expertise and skills needed to help not just professional advancement but also company growth and transition. This is an ideal program for participants who have at least 3 years of professional experience and choose to be successful reform managers in their company. This program could be the next step in a student's career, whether they work for a large company trying to stimulate technological growth or a startup looking to scale up. Curriculum includes learning about important MBA topics before moving on to courses focused on customer centricity, entrepreneurship planning and creativity, digital business, and agility. All thanks to the ESMT's immersive learning network, the program includes 80% online MBA studies and 20% in person MBA studies in Berlin or Munich over fourteen weekends. The intake for this program begins in September and by the end of the course, students are awarded 60 ECTS.
