The dual Bachelor’s degree program “Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science’’ offered at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences is a full-time study program with a duration of six semesters. This study program provides knowledge and training in mathematics subjects (analysis, algebra, etc.) and computer science with the programming language Java, algorithms, and software development processes. The course combines practice within a company and lectures on the university campus in parallel. In addition, students are entitled to select from a wide basis of elective modules to specialize in from programming languages to general skills like business administration, robotics, or lecture technology. Graduates from this program have a wide range of career opportunities in research, development, construction, technical sales, manufacturing, testing, and maintenance and operation.
