FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences offers the Bachelor degree program “Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering’’ that is designed for international students. The study program has a duration of six semesters with the main language of instructions – German and some modules being taught in a third language. The curriculum focuses on practical and theoretical courses, with main attention on the professionally-oriented projects in small groups that aims to train students both technical and soft skills required in their future career paths. The study program allows students to select a specialization field from various fields: biophysics, biomechanics, biosensor technology, cardio technology, medical physics, and medical processing technology. Graduates of this course will be able to work in different job roles within research and development, medical equipment technology, quality control, biomedical applications, and more.
