The Master’s degree program “Master of Engineering in Facility Management’’ offered at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences is a full-time study program with a duration of three semesters. Students of this course will study three to four days per week, in total nine modules, and learn in-depth about sustainable building, construction engineering, law and valuation of real estate, commercial and infrastructural building management, investment, and finance. The aim of this study program is to deepen the technical and methodological knowledge of students learned through their Bachelor’s programs in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, or smart building engineering. Graduates in Facility Management can pursue a wide range of job opportunities in building management, property management, center management, station management, and more.
