The Bachelor’s degree program “Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering’’ offered at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences is a full-time study program with a duration of seven semesters. The study course provides students with extensive knowledge in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering through lectures, seminars, exercises, laboratory internships, independent studies, and exams. The courses are mainly taught in German with some modules that may be partly in English. The aim of the study program is to train students both the engineering and economics skills required to develop concepts that impinge on the entire value creation process of a company. Graduates with a degree in Industrial Engineering can pursue a career in production, procurement, and logistics.
