The “Master of Arts in Management Accounting and Financial Management” is a part-time degree study program offered by FHDW Paderborn. The courses of the University combine theoretical and practical phases, while maintaining small groups of students. The participants can expect intensive individual support, international university cooperation, mentoring and extremely practical subjects. The educational program is to introduce the students to Management of the value chains, Business intelligence, Operations Research, Corporate finance, Complexity management, Accounting and financial statements, Law and Compliance, and Human Resources Management. The graduates are also expected to develop further their specialist knowledge, soft skills, communication skills and efficient leadership manner.
