The three-semester “Master of Arts in Leadership" program at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences is created for students with previous experience. Personal initiative, motivation, and commitment are qualities that are almost as important for students of the leadership course as they are for a 'position as a manager' itself, because "stage goals" are achieved in all modules through relevant, complex personal contributions such as homework, presentations, or project reports, rather than examinations. These, too, need as much preparation as modules that conclude with a test. A bachelor's degree in economics, economics, management, administration, or business law with a typical duration of study of at least six semesters or 180 ECTS points is required for admission.
