Description
The “Master of Science in Mechatronics and Automotive Engineering” program at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 3 full-time semesters. Students gain advanced knowledge in the interconnection, control, and simulation of complex mechatronic systems during their first two semesters, as well as problem-solving skills for advanced problems in mechanical engineering, such as vehicle dynamics, the avoidance of unwanted emissions and vibrations, and the design of alternative drives. They also learn about two important electrical engineering topics: electromobility and power electronics. Admission requirements include a degree in an electrotechnical, mechatronic or mechanical engineering field of study with a minimum of 210 ECTS credits with an overall grade of at least 2.5 and a language level of C1 in German, as well as English language proficiency at the level of at least B2.
