Description
The “Master of Laws in Negotiating and Designing Contracts” program at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 3 full-time semesters. The course's major concentration is International Contracts I–III, which is taught fully in English. Many modules augment the theoretical presentation of case constellations characteristic of business practice with a case study in which students autonomously apply and expand the information they have received in a complicated case. These mandatory courses are complemented by two mandatory optional modules that concentrate on specific aspects of contract design and contract management. Students can choose between "Digitization and Law" and "Out-of-Court Conflict Resolution Methods and Instruments."
