Description

The “Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Facility Management” program at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences spans across 7 full-time semesters. The attention is on the property from the beginning. In the first semester, students learn about the real estate market and its participants. In addition, the first two semesters provide the required general and subject-related foundations. They learn specific facility management skills in the third and fourth semesters before putting them into practice in the fifth semester. The degree requires a 12-week self-organized real estate-related preliminary internship.
