The “Bachelor of Science in Geology/Mineralogy” is a 6-semester program conducted in German. Throughout their education, students will gain an in-depth understanding of climate change, raw material supply, and natural disasters. They’ll gain sound theoretical and practical knowledge. The BSc is application-oriented and provides excellent conditions for practice work. Students can gain hands-on experience and key competencies through seminars carried out in innovative laboratories and the research mine. Furthermore, participants will develop soft skills such as project management, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, etc. needed for a successful career. The BSc prepares graduates for managerial positions in the raw material industry, construction industry, materials industry, at research institutions and universities. Graduates can also pursue a Master’s degree.
