Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Industrial Archaeology” is a 6-semester program taught in German. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses in Industrial Archaeology, Science Theory, Geoinformation Systems, Public Law, English Language, Historic Preservation, and more. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to personalise their education by undertaking elective modules. The BSc is application-oriented and provides students with hands-on experience and key competencies required for the real-life working environment. Furthermore, participants will have the chance to work in innovative laboratories and learn how to plan and conduct their own scientific projects. The BSc prepares graduates for work in Preservation of Monuments and Archaeology, Technology and Industrial Museums, Print and Media, Education and Public Relations, and Research and Development. Graduates can also pursue a consecutive Master’ degree.
