The “Bachelor of Science in Internet of Energy (Data Science and Internet of Things for the Energy Industry)” is a 7-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in  Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Economics, Law, and Energy and Electrical Engineering. Additionally, participants can personalise their education and carry out elective modules. Students will gain in-depth theoretical knowledge and acquire practical relevance. The BSc is application-oriented and aims to teach participants key competencies and skills and how to implement them in the practice. Graduates are qualified to pursue leadership positions such as power system administrator, planning and project engineer, IT project manager, data scientist, software and systems developer, or as a research assistant. Also, graduates can opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
