The “Master of Science in Automotive Construction: Materials and Components” is a 3-semester study course conducted in German. It is designed for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The MSc aims to deepen the knowledge of students and provide them with practical relevance. Throughout their education, participants will dive deep into industry-specific courses all linked to material science and material technology aspects linked with mechanical engineering. Also, students will acquire an in-depth understanding of the processes of corrosion and stress behaviour. The MSc is application-oriented and provides participants with hands-on experience and key competencies which they learn how to apply into practice. Graduates are qualified for leadership positions in the vehicle industry and its supplier industry, as well as in research.
