The six-semester practice-oriented degree program “Bachelor of Science in Beverage Technology” is provided by Geisenheim University. The focus of the study course falls on mastering the experience in the produce know-how for instance fruit and vegetable juices, spirits, wine, sparkling wine and beer. In addition to professional qualifications, the students acquire business and legal skills and learn to manage projects with new technical foreign languages while the bachelor degree provides a wide variety of modules in the compulsory elective and elective area covering sparkling wine production project, corporate management events, investment and financing planning. Graduates deep their knowledge of filling and packaging technology and concentrate on fruit juices, filter beer or bottle sparkling wine.
