Both German- and English-taught the degree program “Master of Science in Viticulture, Enology and Wine Business“ is with a total duration of four semesters provided by the Geisenheim University. The full-time course imparts application-relevant knowledge and skills in the three main areas of viticulture, oenology and wine management. Geared towards quality-oriented, economical and sustainable wine cultivation, grape processing and wine marketing, participants acquire in-depth engineering and economic expertise knowledge of the natural sciences, research skills, and process and production engineering know-how. Students improve their wine business and entrepreneurial skills and expand their technical and sensory knowledge in the field of international production processes for white and red wines.
