The “Master of Science in Food Science” is provided at the HAW Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. This course is a four-semester program, which is provided both in English and German. The main goal of this postgraduate program is to further the students’ knowledge and skills in the fields of food science. Furthermore, the participants will deepen their understanding in food markets, physics, sociology, psychology, research and analysis, food technology, economics, methodology, etc. The future graduates will be well-prepared for working positions within the food industry, food technology departments and many others. The admission requirements include a finalised Bachelor’s degree, as well as language proficiency in English and German.
