The “Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering” is offered by the HAW Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. This course is a German-taught, full-time, seven-semester program. This undergraduate course aims to develop the participants’ knowledge and academic skills in the fields of biomedical engineering. Furthermore, the students will deepen their learning in biomedicine, biomechanics, medical analysis, medical devices, engineering concepts, technology, IT systems, etc. At the end of their studies, the participants will need to prepare a Bachelor’s thesis. The future graduates will be well-prepared for variety of career pathways within biomedical engineering, IT services, technological departments, biomechanics and many others. The admission requirements include a general university entry certificate.
