The HAW Hamburg University of Applied Sciences provides the “Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Home Economics” as a six-semester, German-taught program. The main purpose of this course is to develop the participants’ knowledge and academic abilities in the fields of nutrition, home economics, including their concepts and principles. Furthermore, the students will deepen their understanding in product development, marketing, health organisations, food safety, mathematics, physics, chemistry, etc. The future graduates will be highly qualified to work within variety of departments and companies, connected with nutrition and economics. The admission requirements consist of a general university entry certificate.
