The “Master of Arts in Social Work” is provided by the HAW Hamburg University of Applied Sciences as a three-semester, German-taught program. It aims to expand the students already gained knowledge in the fields of social work. Furthermore, the participants will deepen their understanding and academic skills in health care management, social management, social sciences, social researches and analysis, evaluation and many others. At the end of their studies, the participants will need to prepare a Master’s thesis. The future graduates will be highly qualified to work within variety of social organisations, public services, social events, social management, etc. The admission requirements consist of a finalised Bachelor’s degree, as well as language skills: German C1.
