The degree program “Master of Science in Bioprocess Engineering” at TUHH Technical University Hamburg provides a full-time study course with duration of four semesters. This course main focus is to provide students with in-depth knowledge about Biotechnology processes, such as manufacture of products to supply the world population with food, medicines and other necessary goods. Some subjects covered by this program are biotechnology, National excursion about technology, bioprocess engineering basics, introduction to molecular life science in biotechnology, bioreactor design, separation process design and more. The majority of bioprocess engineers work for a pharmaceutical company after graduating, but they can also work for food processing plants, alternative film manufacturers, research labs and many more.
