Two semesters of compulsory and elective modules comprise the certificate course “Mediation” at the University of Applied Labor Studies of the Federal Employment Agency, or HdBA for short. It is available through the Mannheim and Schwerin campuses, and is offered to a limited number of participants. The course presents unified knowledge and further expertise to professionals, already engaged in the mediation services, both to individuals and the employment, recruitment and placement institutions and organizations. Advice on the transition between education and employment is the focus that participants will confidently apply in their professional contexts after completing their studies.
