The study program “Master of Science in Biochemistry” at Heidelberg University prepares educated professionals to face the challenges and create the future of the industry. Each module of the course is taught thematically and chronologically, followed by examination. Students compete the course in four semesters in full-time format with the option to choose to study in English or German. After graduation can be in leadership or research positions in universities and research institutions, in government agencies, in natural sciences, environment or food industry, in medical laboratories, in pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries, in environmental agencies and more. Part of the study are subjects like chemistry, mathematics, biochemistry, physics and more.
