The “Bachelor of Arts in Christianity and Culture” program at Heidelberg University takes place over six semesters and is in German and, in some cases, in English or French. The major 50% in the course concentrates on the origins and the contemporary state of Christianity as a cultural aspect. The training provides students with the opportunity to develop a specialism in an area of their choice. They gain theoretical, methodical, generic and practical skills required for a professional career. Graduates can deal with historical and systematic-theological topics and problems at the state of the art of research and reflect on them.
