Description
The “Bachelor of Arts in Classical Archaeology” program at Heidelberg University focuses on the material remains of ancient Greek and Roman cultures and their predecessors. Material remains range from historical, linguistic and social features and include everyday objects to settlement structures, artefacts and paintings. The continuation of the major 50% training is six semesters and is taught in German and English. The course includes Settlements and Environment, Buildings and Graves, Everyday Objects and Religious Cults and Sculpture. Graduates receive a comprehensive education, and they can continue their studies with a master degree.
