The master program extension subject “Master of Education in German” at Heidelberg University includes four semesters. The course concentrates on German language and literature from their beginning to the modern days, examining their social and cultural connections. The objective of the training is to provide students with a practical, specialized and didactic knowledge of German that will enable them as teachers to develop the processes of teaching, learning and learning German. Students develop the ability to apply advanced academic methods and knowledge and work individually in line with academic principles. To apply for this program, candidates must be proficient in English and one additional language.
