Description
The consecutive study course “Master of Science in Mathematics” at Heidelberg University aims to expand and improve the already acquired basic knowledge in mathematics from the bachelor’s degree. The duration of the training is four semesters and is in German and partially in English. The curriculum incorporates the modules Studies of mathematics, Application area, Interdisciplinary skills and Master’s thesis. Students develop abilities to autonomously conduct scientific work and gain professional competencies in problem-solving issues.
