Description

The part-time consecutive “Master of Science in Medical Biometry/Biostatistics” program at Heidelberg University teaches students to plan and evaluate empirical studies and mathematical modelling of relationships in medicine. The duration of the program is four semesters and is in German, partly English. The curriculum includes seven modules: Biometry, statistical processes, studies, data management, epidemiology, medicine, advanced content. Students acquire the methodical abilities necessary to plan, conduct and evaluate clinical studies and gain medical and cross-disciplinary knowledge. Graduates can start a career in biomedical science, biotechnology, clinical biochemistry, healthcare science, medical chemistry and more opportunities.
