The program “Bachelor of Arts in Public Law” at Heidelberg University has a continuation of six semesters. The course refers to legislation governing the conduct of States and other authorities in their interactions with each other and with individuals. The 25% minor consists of two modules, the first one concentrates on constitutional law and the second one on administrative law. Students gain a broad and fundamental understanding of German public law and develop a critical comprehension of the main theories, principles and methods.
