Provided by the Helmut Schmidt University, the “Master of Arts in Comparative Democracy Research” program has a total length of five trimesters. The program takes a closer look at the democratically organised communities. By providing students with theoretical and methodical knowledge in normatively evaluate democracies, the course modules cover topics of the democracy as a whole and answers worldwide questions that participants must obtain in order to further pursue their career on a professional level.  The focus throughout the “Master of Arts in Comparative Democracy Research” degree falls on closer inspection of parliamentary, presidential, majoritarian and consensus-oriented democracy.
