“Master of Music in Music Theory” is a degree program with a duration of four semesters provided by the College of Catholic Church Music & Musical Education Regensburg. The aim of this practice-oriented course is to teach students the fundamentals of music field. They will attend both theoretical lectures such as Music Theory and History of Music, as well as practical exercises for ear training and playing the piano. Participants will learn more about the church educational work, how to perform different music tasks and to give professional advices to church committees. After successfully completing this study course, graduates can find career prospects in teaching positions at music institutions.
