The "Flute" concert examination at HfMT Hamburg examines students abilities and knowledge and decides whether the candidate is competent enough to pass the test. The concert examination consists of three parts, and finally, students could be assessed with passed with distinction, passed or failed. To register for the exam, students must do it six months in advance. After passing the concert examination, students receive a certificate signed by the chairman of the examination board and sealed by the university.
