Description
The eight-semester program “Bachelor of Music in Music Theory” at HfMT Hamburg provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge. The course seeks to teach students to create their inventive personalities through which they will need to apply artistic and scientific concepts and research approaches. The program offers students a choice between composition or music theory to further deepen their interests. The curriculum includes major subjects such as piano minor, aural training, figured bass, score playing and others. During their studies, regardless of which of the two majors they choose, students develop knowledge of theoretical and scientific aspects.
