Description
The innovative course “Bachelor of Music in Piano” at HfMT Hamburg has a duration of eight semesters. The purpose is to introduce graduate students to the full spectrum of piano performance in a practical way. The final exam represents a concert. Students learn about chamber music, song composition, improvisation, historical grand pianos, methodology, and contemporary playing techniques. The admission requirement is a completed general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur).
