The “Bachelor of Music in Singing” program at HfMT Hamburg lasts for eight semesters. The program content offers students a basic knowledge of music, solid technique, extensive knowledge of style and repertoire, and discover the characteristics and capabilities of their voice. Furthermore, the program is in collaboration with the theater academy, thus students will acquire their first stage skills and get a close look at the work of professionals. The course curriculum includes Main subject voice, Repertoire study, Minor in piano, Diction for singers, Fundamentals of vocal techniques and more. The admission requirements include a general university entrance qualification (Abitur) or equivalent.
