The “Master of Music in Trumpet” at HfMT Hamburg is a four semesters program. During the course, students get acquainted with different historical epochs, therefore, they can make connections between the past and the present in the music. The syllabus contains the major modules Mediation Module, Music theory modules, Musicology Modules and Practice-oriented compulsory module. Graduates can find careers with trumpet in jazz, orchestras, bands, pop music and other genres. Students should have completed at least a bachelor’s degree to be eligible for this program.
