The “Bachelor of Music in Violin” program at HfMT Hamburg runs over eight semesters. The course aims to provide knowledge directed at acquiring instrument-specific competence at both an artistic-practical and theoretical-reflective level. The course curriculum includes the modules Core Modules, Mediation Module V2 Strings, Music theory modules and Musicology Modules. In addition, students can choose elective modules from which to specialize in their professional interests. To admission, one of the compulsory requirements students should apply is a general university entrance qualification. A final project is a form of a public concert.
