The four-semester course “Master of Music in Violoncello” at HfMT Hamburg focuses on the violoncello, part of the violin family. The program further builds on the knowledge already acquired by the Bachelor of Music in additional depth and form students with musical individuality. During the course, students acquire theoretical and practical aspects of the study. Graduates can pursue careers in many contemporary ensembles of various musical genres. The admission requirement is a completed bachelor’s degree.
