The full-time study course “Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement Service” is offered by the HfÖV Bremen University of Public Administration with duration of six semesters. During the first three semesters, the theoretical course is supplemented by practical module in-depth training in the form of training sessions while the included practical semester is also accompanied by subject-specific theoretical support within the framework of systemic case studies. Students study sociopolitical, traffic science, legal, psychological, organizational and tactical, criminalistic and criminological basics of police work exploring the techniques as well as methods of scientific work. During the practical semester, the participants learn the key topics of enforcement police intervention in interdisciplinary discourse and practice those in systemic deployment training.
