With a duration of six semesters the degree program “Bachelor of Arts in Risk and Safety Management” is offered by the HfÖV Bremen University of Public Administration. The full-time study course provides the legal basics of the internals, safety in a democratic constitutional state under special compliance with constitutional principles and selected fundamental rights. The prospective students become familiar with the basic features of the municipal, national and international security architecture along with the working techniques of various disciplines in dealing with crime. “Bachelor of Arts in Risk and Safety Management” provides the basic knowledge of material criminal law while also exploring the legal foundations of the protection of property as well as the objective and research methods in criminology and criminal psychology.
